If you've experienced the wonder that is Mingus Mountain Camp, and want to give of your time, talents, or resources to support the work of camp, there are a variety of ways you can do so! Here are just a few ideas:
Volunteer. Throughout the year, there is a great deal of work done at Mingus Camp by volunteers. Opportunities to come up to the mountain and volunteer include:
Financial Donations. There are a variety of special needs at Mingus Camp that exceed our anticipated budget, such as the recent replacement of the Dining Hall roof. Supporters of Mingus Mountain Camp are always welcome to make donations for special projects to be used at the Camp Managers' discretion. Donations can be made through The Desert Southwest Conference, click here for more information. For information about current special needs, or about making a donation, please click here to email the Hills.
A Taste of Mingus. In 2011, supporters of Mingus Mountain Camp developed a special book of recipes and stories, "A Taste of Mingus." Copies of this book sell for $20, and as all printings costs were donated, 100% of donations are used to help fund scholarships to camp experiences.
