Thanks to the efforts of Mingus supporters, through the sale of "A Taste of Mingus," we have raised funds to offer scholarships to assist children and youth in attending the camp of their choice.
To apply for a scholarship, please download and print one of the application forms below, complete the required information, and send to listed address. The form is provided in two formats for your use:
