"A Taste of Mingus"

In 2010, individuals dedicated to helping send children to Mingus Mountain Camp for summer camp gathered together and, working with current and past camp staff, created the fantastic "A Taste of Mingus," a collection of recipes and stories from the mountain.

Each spiral-bound cookbook sells for $20, and 100% of proceeds go to summer camp scholarships.
